Pre-Bid Consultation

Prior to RFQ submittal, we are always available as a resource for design consultation. Proper planning is key to achieving a flawless end result. Our decades of product knowledge is a free resource to designers and purchasing that may need assistance in specifying a complex application or situation. From verification of space requirements to hardware selection to verbalizing your vision in industry terms, our goal is to ensure your spec will produce the desired end result before it even goes on paper.

Estimating

Our estimating team will do the diligence to properly research the specified information and source the finest products for the application, assuring you a quality outcome at a competitive cost. We strive for the fastest turnarounds in the industry, typically within 48 hours. Accurate C.O.M. requirements are a crucial element of our estimating process. Fabrics are typically the greatest expense and precise calculations assure that there will never be excessive overage or worse, a shortage. When we present a quote you can rest assured that we have done our homework and stand behind those numbers.

Measurements

A perfect fit starts with precise measurements. Our team meticulously measures every window or condition in every room to provide a custom fit to each and every treatment. Windows are measured in multiple locations to verify size anomalies and measurements are verified throughout our production process. Our project managers schedule and orchestrate this directly with onsite personnel ensuring the most effective use of time throughout this process. Our trained professionals also use this step to identify any unexpected conditions that may result in design changes.

Fabrication

All of our products ship from our single location. Having everything under one roof allows us to properly manage quality control as well as timing with the utmost efficiency, guaranteeing project success. Our highly skilled seamstresses are artists who have pride in their craft, and it shows. We also assemble all the hardware under the same roof using the best components possible, ensuring everything works together as a system.

Installation

All of our crews are seasoned professionals with a skilled team leader with over 10 years of experience. We devote one crew to each project from start to finish allowing them specific project knowledge. Our project management team is the link between our crews and the site supervisor, keeping you informed but free from having to be involved in schedule changes or day-to-day operations. Because quality is what we stand for, all of our products are installed to last. Fit and finish as well as durability are the trademarks of everything we install.

Attic Stock/Remakes

Our services continue long after the completion of a project. We house all remaining attic stock fabrics at our location, allowing for quick and precise remakes in the event that a replacement is needed due to guest or staff damage.
